The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan costs 25 cents per minute with no daily access charge. The Verizon Wireless Basic plan is not a good value when you compare to other prepaid plans.

The Core Plan charges 99 cents per day access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless mobile phones are free. I made use of this program for almost a year, if most of your calls are generally with Verizon Wireless users this is often a great deal.

Converting from Verizon Wireless Prepaid to Contract Service
Your Verizon Prepay cell phone can be converted to a Contract phone if you have used it for six months or more as a prepaid phone. You will not have to sign a contract to add this to a contract. I added a prepaid phone to my son’s contract for $10 a month on a month by month basis. This worked well for me, a Long Term Contract rate without a long term contract.
Tracfone Wireless Yearly Mobile Phone Plan
Tracfone has two yearly plans. They sell a $100 one year card that you get Four hundred units (800 if you have Double Minutes for Life. This card nearly always has bonus codes readily available which will normally allow you to get an extra 200 to 400 minutes. Check for the newest Tracfone Coupon Codes. If you only receive Eight hundred Tracfone units when addiing minute card gives you 12.5 cent minutes and under $9 a month for phone service.
Also offered by Tracfone.com is a $200 yearly program. This unit card offers you 1500 minutes 3000 units with the Minute Doubler installed and a 12 months of activation time. With Double minutes for life installed these units will have cost 6.6 cents each plus your monthly price is below $17 a month.
