Customer support is available 24/7 via e-mail, a toll free number and from your Verizon prepaid cell phone without incurring airtime charges. I have used the Verizon Customer service and always dealt with a knowlegable person. I have used Tracfone and Net10 and Straight Talk customer serviceand it is totally different. Verizon CS educates the Representative to help you, Tracfone, Net10, Straight Talk use Customer service to read the directions from their computer.
I have gone to a Verizon Wireless store for support as well as dialed 611 from my Prepaid phone. The Customer Service people have been excellent. The phone support person was based in Arizona not Mexico.
Verizon Wireless operates one of the biggest and most reliable cellular networks in the nation. Verizon Wireless now offers Prepay Wireless services. This is the Logo that we all relate to “Can you Hear Me Now.”
The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan with 25 cents per minute with no daily access fee. This plan is not competitive with any of the other pay as you go plans.
Net10.com for 10 cents a minute or Tracfone.com. from 6.6 cents up to 33 cents a minute are better alternatives.
The Verizon Core Plan will cost you 99 cents per day access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless mobile phones are free of charge. I made use of theVerizon Core program for almost a year, if most of your calls are generally to other Verizon Wireless phones this can be a good deal.
The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.

How Adding Verizon Prepaid Service Time Works
When you have 20 days left on your service and you add $15 you will end up with 30 days of service after the addition. If you have 40 days of service left and you add a$15 payment you will still only have 40 days of service left. Verizon does not add your remaining service to what you purchase, you get the larger of either your remaining balance or the added service time.
Tracfone Prepaid Yearly Phone Plan
Tracfone has two different yearly plans. They sell a $100 yearly minute card which you receive Four hundred units (800 using DMFL). This unit card consistently has bonus codes available which will ordinarily get you a bonus of 200 to 400 units. Check for the newest Tracfone Bonus Codes. If you only get 800 minutes when addiing card gives you 12.5 cent units and less than $9 a month for service.
Also offered by Tracfone.com is a $200 yearly plan. This card offers you 1500 minutes (3000 with DMFL) and also a year of service time. With Double minutes for life installed these minutes will only cost 6.6 cents each plus your per month expense is less than $17 monthly.
But Verizon is just too darn expensive! By using NET10 instead of Verizon I save more than $20 a month! Big savings indeed!
For that I will be patient with the customer service of NET10. I’ve only had to use them once before but my problem was resolved even if the call took a bit longer.

I love the savings i get with my tracfone, which are around $40 a month from what i used to spend on contract and I get better coverage with tracfone… Also i’ve never had a problem with the customer service, yes they’re not americans but they can always fix my problems!

Yes if you are patient you will usually be able to get Tracfone Customer Service to help you. If you speak Spanish you will get better service by choosing Spanish language when talking to Customer Service.

It is great that you were patient enough to get Net10 to solve the problem. Saving money can take a bit of time but it will put dollars in your pocket.
