Converting from Verizon Wireless Prepaid to Contract and Tracfone Annual Plans
Your Verizon Wireless Prepaid cell phone can be converted to a Contract phone if you have used it for six months or more as a prepaid phone. You will not have to sign a contract to add this to a contract. I added a prepaid phone to my son’s contract for $10 a month without signing a one year or two year contract. This is great a Long Term Contract rate and I did not sign a long term contract.
Verizon Wireless operates one of the biggest and most reliable cellular networks in the nation. Verizon Wireless now offers Pay as you go Wireless services. Here is a picture of the Logo that we all connect with “Can you Hear Me Now.”
The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan with 25 cents per minute with no daily access fee. The Verizon Basic plan is not competitive with any of the other prepaid plans.
Net10.com for 10 cents a minute or Tracfone.com. from 6.6 cents up to 33 cents a minute are better options.
The Verizon Core Plan charges 99 cents per day for access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless mobile phones are free of charge. I used theVerizon Core program for almost a year, if your main calls are generally to other Verizon Wireless customers this is often a good plan.
The Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. Essentially this is the same as the Core plan with Unlimited Nites and Weekends added and you will only pay 5 cents per text to receive and send.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.

Tracfone Wireless Yearly Phone Plan
Tracfone has two yearly plans. They offer a $100 one year minute card which includes 400 units (800 with Double Minutes for Life. This minute card nearly always has bonus codes available which will in most cases get you a bonus of 200 to 400 additional units. Check for the newest Tracfone Bonus Codes. If you only receive 800 units using this minute card you will only pay 12.5 cent minutes and only $9 a month service.
Additionally offered by Tracfone.com is a $200 per year program. This minute card will give you 1500 minutes 3000 units using DMFL) and a year of activation time. With Double minutes for life installed these minutes will only cost 6.6 cents each plus your per month price is under $17 monthly.
