Carpet Cleaning Eugene Oregon
Carpet Cleaning Methods
There are several Carpet Cleaning Methods. The two main types are Hot Water Extraction and Very Low Moisture.
Hot Water Extraction
This has become the most popular type of carpet cleaning. It is also known as Steam cleaning.
The most common method of HWE (hot water extraction) is to prespray the carpet with a cleaning solution then agitate the solution into the carpet. If the carpet is not very dirty often the agitation step is skipped. The cleaning solution is often allowed to dwell (5 to 20 minutes) on the carpet. Then the carpet is rinsed with water or with a water and a neutralizing chemical. Carpet Pre spray is usually done with a powerful cleaner. It is mixed into a sprayer and then sprayed lightly in the cleaner areas and heavier on traffic lanes and dirty areas of the carpet.
VLM Definition
Very Low Moisture cleaning normally refers to cleaning a carpet with either a 175 rpm floor buffer, a Cimex, Counter Rotating Brush (CRB) or an OP (Oscillating Pad) machine.
Bonnet Cleaning
Bonnet Cleaning normally refers to using a 175rpm Floor machine. The Cotton pad that is often used with these is where Bonnet Cleaning gets it’s name.
There is a large national chain of carpet cleaners (Chem Dry) that has based their system on Bonnet cleaning with a 175 rpm machine.
OP Padder
The OP (Oscillating Pad) machine looks a lot like the 175 floor machine but has a totally different action. The base of the unit vibrates and rapidly rotates in little small circles and rotates in a large circle also. It is very deceptive as to how much work it is doing. It works very well on some carpets like Sculpted Berbers and Berbers in general.
Encapsulated Cleaning
There are new cleaning agents available that are called Encapsulating. What these chemicals do is break the dirt’s bond with the carpet and dry to a flake. This flake is then easy to separate from the carpet with normal vacuuming. These chemicals were developed for the VLM cleaners but usually work well with HWE also. Most of the time when encapsulating cleaners are used in commercial carpets.
Article Spinning with Jon Leger
What is the Best Spinner?
Article Spinning has been available for a long period of time. Quite simply you generate an article and then go back and rewrite the article by picking different words and phrases that may be employed instead of the first phrase. Then the software program rewrites the article using the optional phrases you selected at random. This is the Article Spinning Sofware that I now utilize.
Fully Automatic Spinning
The issue with using completely automated spinning is the results are usually terrible. Terms will end up being in the wrong tense plus the article will not be easily read. Multiple terms are going to be in the article that just don’t fit. Sometimes the article will not end up being understandable.
The Best Spinner is not fully automatic spinning.
The Best Spinner is human spun. All of the terms are chosen by the Human that is re-writing the content. Only terms which fit properly into the sentence are to be chosen. The Best Spinner is the finest integration of a thesaurus into a spinning program which i have worked with. You have to take a look at this training video to discover why I like this program so well. The Best Spinner Video.
Mouse or Keyboard Spinning
It is a very simple to use mouse clicking content spinner or a keyboard command spinner. By that I mean you paste your content into the The Best Spinner after which you are able to pretty much work through the re-writing process just by highlighting and clicking with your mouse. You are able to do almost everything with just your keyboard also. It is extremely ergonomically designed to be quick and efficient. The Mouse interface is very fast to work with.
My Weapon of Choice
Re-writing computer software may be your key weapon. I have utilized three different article spinners in the last three years. I have spent a lot of time into spinning articles. It has paid off handsomely. I have literally thousands of articles or reviews distributed throughout the internet with hyperlinks pointing at my money sites. Many of these content pages were spun before I posted them. Or at least some of the text of the majority of my articles has been content spun.
The Best Spinner has changed my Spinning
I have always used my spun articles as ammo. I will create a few articles on a subject and spin them. I title nearly all my paragraphs and attempt to keep my paragraph to 3 to 4 sentences. I spin these articles individually and then add them to my monster spin.
Before The Best Spinner I did not utilize spun articles directly from the spinner. I would add links and pictures after the rewrite. Now I add links and pictures before I spin. This saves me a lot of time while posting articles. Here is a link to the Best Article Spinning Video.
My Spinning Article Production
I will come up with a key word for a page and create and article about it. Then I include images along with hyperlinks on to the article and place it on the Home Internet site. My next step is I copy this document into “TheBestSpinner.com.” I rewrite the article, save the “Spin Text” to my personal “Home site” in a private Wordpress page and start re-writing and publishing this content on multilple web sites. This article was spun using The Best Spinner.
As of this writing Jon Leger’s “The Best Spinner” is just being released. I was a part of the testing team while in Beta and it has changed my spinning totally.
Check out my newsletter at Build a Wordpress Website and I will send you a free step by step plan on my technique for using the Best Spinner.

The T-Mobile “Pay as you Go” plan charges different minute rates depending on how much you spend. The larger denomination cards give you more units per dollar spent. T-Mobile Pay as you go Annual Mobile phone Service time
Any time you add a $10, $25 or $50 card you will get 90 days of service time. Once you have added $100 to your T-Mobile prepay yearly mobile phone plan you will have one year to use your minutes.
T-Mobile Pre pay Yearly Cell Strategy
The best strategy to use with T-mobile is to add $100 to your plan when you start it. Then add $100 cards when you are low on minutes. The $50 card is not a bad deal after you have added $100. The $10 and $25 cards should never be added because your cost per minute is so high. T-Mob used to have the Best Pay as you go Annual Mobile Yearly Cell Plan but Tracfone prepay and Net10 now have less expensive options.

The only reason to use the Verizon Prepay Yearly Mobile phone mobile phone is if you are only using the mobile occasionally and you are always talking to other Verizon wireless phones.
Straight Talk Yearly Plan
Straight Talk does not really have a Yearly plan but you could stack 12 monthly cards. The $30 per month cards would cost $360 per year. The minutes will not stack, you will only be able to use 1000 units per month or you would start using the next months service.
